The African mindset comes from Isolation.
Isolation will not protect you from the dangers of the world, but it will cut you off from valuable information. Make allies and circulate among friends, you are shielded from your enemies by the crowd.
“If an African leader doesnt do what they say, they will be killed.” This was one of the most assinine excuses that I had heard in all my life. Right up there with “the dog ate my homework”. Or “my wife wont let me see my kids”. With an excuse like that, it basically gives you a blank check to be lazy as hell, and never do anything for your country. Not to say there is not foreign meddling, but Africans should ask themselves why they made it so easy. What backlash did the Africans even give for foreign governments attacking their leaders.
The African mindset is the worst mindset in the world. The African mindset is worse than any racism/White supremacy. They have huge amounts of natural resource a young population, arable land, yet they are the poorest. Africans are the people with everything, but have nothing. The biggest failures on earth & seen as the dumbest people on the planet. (Even though this not the case)
“I’ve spent the last few years attempting to educate black people on investing and the stock market and I realized a few things; they lack the education to even understand, they lack patience and are extremely filled with FEAR.”
Unfortunately many Africans exhibit immature and ignorant behaviour and doing the same thing that got them conquered in the first place.
1. Selective hopelessness
1. Dont value what they have, dont appreciate what others do for them
Why do we treat our fellow Africans from the diaspora worse than the white man or woman? The funny thing is that they associate everything that is white with wealth, although the black person they are mistreating, hating on, and ignoring has more wealth, and opportunities to offer to its own kind than others.
Help no one who helps them
They dont help leaders who stick up for them,
They dont help countries who help them.
They feel entitled to the Wests help
Africans live their life controlled by total fear, A fricans are the do nothing people
Africans didnt help, when Lumumba, Sankara, Gadaffi, were killed, or Nkrumah was ousted, didnt stand behind Zimbabwe when they made a stand.
2. No backbone, scared of everything, and accept bullshit.
99.8734% of the time I hear the same defeated responses.
3. Unsupportive, no concept of loyalty or integrity.
No real peer pressure to enforce or instill that
We have so many backstabbers in Black society.
We rarely support each other in crisis.
Ghana was “not ripe for independence in 1957.” However, I seriously think that, as a very mature and well-educated politician, Professor Busia would never put it in such crude terms, although his opponents often accused him of having held or expressed such a thinking in speeches in Europe and in meetings with anti-Nkrumah congressmen of the U.S. Congress, in his efforts to derail the quests for overseas assistance and investments by the Nkrumah regime
Africans didnt help, when Lumumba, Sankara, Gadaffi, were killed, or Nkrumah was ousted, didnt stand behind Zimbabwe when they made a stand. They just sat there and watched. They were afraid of sanctions, but sanctions only matter because Africa is the only continent where the majority of the trade, is with countries from another continent.
4. Selfish, greedy, unscrupulous behavior.
Africans are extremely selfish.
They sold their own people for items like clothing, tobacco, metal wear, guns, etc.
As a result it made West Africa bankrupt.
Blacks see a black peer open and store, and they don’t join that business, instead, they decide to become a competitor. But the only person they are competing with is themselves.
If in fact, the white monopoly is the problem, wouldn’t it behoove blacks to join forces to compete against the white monopoly instead of competing with each other?
But the problem is envy and ego. The black entrepreneur doesn’t want to split profits and glory. Everyone wants to be “the man”. But Scottie Pippen earned the same ring as Michael Jordan. Jordan even took a pay cut to allow cap room for better teammates.
Most businesses aren’t even out of the red yet. How can you stick your hand in the pot before there’s even money in the pot? GREED!
What do you want? The comfortable lifestyle or media glory and fame. If it’s fame you want, then you’re not fit for business.
Too Blacks are willing to accept oppression or injustice if you give them money.
Examples
Selling of slaves-African smugglers
Selling their children
Selling maids to be abused in Middle East
Selling their spouses- Kenyan
Greedy pimp pastors
Scams
It is not really that they are greedy, in so much as they have not effectively punished greed and selfish behaviour.
Many native groups in Africa believe family relationships are more important than national identity, and people in authority often use nepotism and bribery for the benefit of their extended family group at the expense of their nations.
The whites do think about others.. They make plans for their generations unborn and that’s why they are developed. The average Black thinks I am not going to be there so why should I care.
5. Misplaced priorities and idiotic peer pressure
People encouraged to emigrate to Europe when they already have a stable job.
6. Dysfunctional and divisive– dividing but never conquering. Cant create alliance or cultivate relationships.
Africans are very the divisive – Their favorite phrase is you are not one of us ”
They love to alienate everybody, people who are not their “tribe, light skinned people, gays.
Africa is the most divided continent. It has the most countries already. As of the date this article was written. It has the most wars.
7. Isolated, bad communication.
8. Lazy, low standard and disorganized
Late for everything, very annoying
Slow workers
Messy unhygienic.
Isn’t that hard?”
Anything worth anything in life is hard.
This is the number one reason why blacks are poor, I believe. They are chronic complainers which lead to the habit of never being satisfied and focusing on setbacks over progress. What you focus on is what you will get
9. Refusal to know or do anything about what is going on around them. They are a spectator class only commenting on things that happen, never on anything they’ve done.
10. Kitty Genovese Syndrome
Most African nations have very poor land registration systems, making squatting and land-theft common occurrences.
10. Iam a loser mindset and negativity
Stereotype threat.
If they say something bad, you’re fearful, they something good your fearful.
Blacks are used to being so weak, they don’t understand when they are winning.
Complaining about Black fishing
Complaining about Black private parts stereotypes
Complaining about the fact that they are saying shop at Bob’s.
10. Do Nothings- Spectator class
What are the consequences of the Africans
1. Many people dislike Africans and do not respect them at all.
2. Many Black people see being associated with Africa as an insult, and want nothing to do with Africans.
Racism and discrimination ( Lack of respect) from the outside world
Seen as worthless, because they dont contribute
Or
Colonization- Outsiders taking over your land.
Refugeeism or intense migration
I just hope the damning irony is not lost on any proud African that, 50 years after decolonization, hundreds of Africans (men, women, and children) are risking their lives, practically every day, to subjugate themselves to the paternal mercies of their former colonial masters in Europe.
Poverty
New Generations
Needs to be taught to be appreciative of what they have, need to particularly as men be taught to have a backbone, and don’t let others push you around or abuse, take advantage of you regardless of your status whether African or non African. Understand that loyalty to your community, family and country is important meaning we are very supportive of our people, if we can only support emotionally. Selfish behavior will be seriously punished. Agree to disagree, and learn to respect differences and see the bigger picture. We need to pass useful information to each other, no isolation of information, and be more concerned with trends and things going on in the world around. We need to be punctual, hardworking, organized, efficient and clean.
Look out for the red flags and DON’T OVERLOOK THEM. Trust your intuition. The moment you feel like someone is egocentric, remove them from the equation immediately. Save yourself the time and the headache.
There’s always that one person that says, “I’m not the one rapping so why do I have to put money up?” But they’re sitting in the recording session (being a distraction) and dancing on stage taking attention away from the artist. 😑
Keep these people at bay. Work with people who see the bigger picture and then flourish.
Racism would dissolve if black ignorance did. Blacks don’t work together because their “culture” feeds the ego.
What is your personal code as a person.
The solution starts with you, don’t worry about anyone else.
When we made rap music, did we try to cater Non Blacks.
When we fought for our rights did we cater to anyone, we fought for our own rights
