Billionaire Rap Mogul Dr. Dre _0_ Random White Bigot _1_

“The guy who claimed Dr. Dre threatened him with a gun in Malibu on Mondaymissed a few beats in his description of the incident, prosecutors said.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney said that holes in the man’s story – coupled with the fact Dre had no firearm when searched – led them to reject the man’s attempt to bring a criminal case.

“Victim initially said he was only angry and not in fear,” the DA’s charge evaluation worksheet signed on Wednesday said.

“There were discrepancies between victim’s description of suspect’s clothing and vehicle and suspect’s actual clothing and vehicle,” the paperwork obtained by the Daily News said.

Dr. Dre put in handcuffs following road rage clash outside home

The worksheet confirmed that the incident started Monday when the unidentified motorist blocked the entrance to the rapper’s driveway.

A source close to the producer-turned-headphones heavyweight previously told The News that the motorist “was pretty crazy from the get go,” apparently suffering from a road rage attack when Dre arrived at his property and asked him to move.

“I’m trying to get out of the f—— traffic,” the man allegedly yelled at Dre, according to the source.

“Uh, this is my driveway, I don’t know what you’re yelling at me for,” Dre allegedly responded as the motorist continued to shout obscenities, the source said.

The man moved his vehicle but remained in the immediate area and was “cursing” at Dre until the rap pioneer reached for his cellphone to record the bizarre encounter, the source said.

“Oh great, another black guy with a gun,” said the man, who appeared to be white with a handlebar moustache, the source told The News.

“What are you talking about? I’m getting my phone,” Dre allegedly said, according to the source.

Cops said Monday that they responded to Dre’s address at 11:15 a.m. after a motorist claimed a male at the residence “ordered him to leave and produced a handgun.”

The Los Angeles County Sheriff named Dre as the resident and said that due to the nature of the call, he was searched, handcuffed and briefly detained in a patrol car while deputies investigated the incident.

They said Dre, whose real name is Andre Young, “was cooperative with investigating deputies, consented to a search of his person and denied the allegations regarding the handgun.”

Dre told investigators that when the motorist first moved to let him into his driveway, he parked in the center median in front of his residence, cops said.

It was while the man was at the center median that Dre pulled out his cell phone to begin filming, he told cops.

The deputies found no weapon at the scene and Dre was not arrested. But because the motorist initiated a private person’s arrest, Dre received a citation in the field.

A sheriff’s spokeswoman said she couldn’t name the man because he was protected as the alleged victim.

The source close to Dre said Monday that the millionaire businessman had no immediate plans to seek legal recourse or make anything more out of the incident.

“The good news is no one really believed it and everyone can move on with their lives. And he’s lucky for that,” the source said.

Dre, 51, stormed the rap scene with the groundbreaking group NWA and hits as “Straight Outta Compton” before taking off on a successful solo career.

He was touted at the rap industry’s first billionaire when his Beats by Dre line of headphones was sold to Apple in 2012 for $3 billion, netting him $620 million.”

So in other words you trespass on another man’s property and you make false allegations against him. But he is not going to jail.
